What if you knew you can have anything you want? What would you ask for?
To get anything you want, you have to know the secret of how to get it. The secret is the “Law of Attraction”. This Law of Attraction thing, was introduced to me by a manager of AXA Insurance –Bernard Cagasan when he lent me his CD of “The Secret”.
According to Wikipedia, the law of attraction is a metaphysical belief that “like attracts like”, that positive and negative thinking bring about positive and negative physical results, respectively. According to the law of attraction, the phrase “I need more money” allows the subject to continue to “need more money”. If the subject wants to change this they would focus their thoughts on the goal (having more money) rather than the problem (needing more money). This might take the form of phrases such as “I have more money now” or “I have more money than I need.”
The law of attraction is part of the new thought movement that started in 1904 and peaked in 1928 when Napoleon Hill published The Law of Success in 16 Lessons where he repeatedly referenced The Law of Attraction. From then on, numerous “success coaches” have been referencing the law of attraction as the basis for their teachings and philosophies.
One basic premise of the law of attraction is that the mind is like a radio transmitter. Each of our thoughts generates some form of vibration that goes out to the universe and that the source of all energy in this universe, the creator, somehow responds back to this vibration. Key to this idea is gratitude. If you are thankful every day for what you have, somehow the supreme source of energy responds back by giving more. If you keep thinking of negative thoughts, somehow you attract more negative things. Therefore, based on the law of attraction, the secret to success is to keep thinking of positive things and be thankful for all these positive things everyday.
